Last week we had the "Vienna´s English Theatre" school tour at our school and we saw the play "A Family Affair". The play is about "2 half families", who live in the UK now. There is Danny, an English teenager, who lives with his mum and the other "half family" is about Zainab, a refugee teenage girl from Syria and her dad. They come from a foreign country with a very different culture and a different language and things are quite difficult for them to live in the UK. But Danny helped them, so that life soon became easier for them and in the end the two cultures and two languages became "one family".
We enjoyed the play very much, especially the brilliant actors. After the play we took some photos and talked to them. It was a great "English lesson".
